Refund and cancellation

At ARC Video Editing, we strive to provide top-notch video editing services. Due to the nature of digital services, we have the following refund and cancellation policy:

🔹 Refunds

• No Refunds: Once a project has started, we do not offer refunds.
• Partial Refunds: If the project is canceled before work has begun, a 50% refund may be issued to cover administrative costs.
• Quality Assurance: If you're unsatisfied with the final edit, we offer one free revision. Further revisions may incur additional charges.

🔹 Cancellations

• You may cancel a project within 24 hours of placing an order for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a partial refund based on the work completed.
