  • We do not offer installment plans or split payments.
  • Orders will not be processed until payment is received and confirmed.

5. Non-Payment & Order Cancellation

  • Orders that are not paid in full will not be processed.
  • If payment is not received within 24 hours of placing an order, it will be automatically canceled.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate service suspension and potential legal action.

6. No Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
  • Since video editing is a custom digital service, we do not offer refunds.
  • If an issue arises, we offer one free revision to ensure your satisfaction. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.
